नाशिक जिल्ह्यातील इगतपुरी तालुक्यात थल घाटातून जात असलेल्या प्राचीन व्यापार मार्गावर गौळाणे गावाजवळ बहुला किल्ला आहे.

⚡ हनुमानाची नग्न मुर्ती ⚡

या गावात हनुमानाची वैशिष्ट्यपूर्ण "नग्न" मुर्ती आहे.याचे कारण असे सांगतात की,अंजनेरीवर हनुमानाने जन्म घेतल्यानंतर बाल हनुमानाने पहिली उडी गौळाणे गावात मारली होती. त्यावेळी बाल हनुमान नग्न अवस्थेत होते त्यामुळे गावातील हनुमान मूर्ती नग्न आहे.

या गावात आदिवासी लेक खुप आहेत.या गावचा परिसर व बहुला किल्ला ७० वर्षापुर्वी लष्कराने ताब्यात घेतला.तेव्हापासुन परिसरात लष्कराचेच हुकमत असल्याने विकास काम ठराविकच झाली आहेत.बहुला किल्ला पण लष्कराच्या ताब्यात असलयाने त्यांच्या परवानगी शिवाय किल्यावर जाता येत नाही.किल्यावर फायरिंग रेंजचा सराव होत असल्याने सुरक्षिततेच्या दुष्टाने हे ठीक आहे.किल्याविषयी फारशी माहिती मिळत नसली तरी हा किल्ला मुघलाकडे असावा,१८२० च्या आसपास इंग्रजानी या किल्ल्यावर ताबा मिळवला.व आपले लष्करी ठाणे केले.सध्या किल्लाची तटबंदी उध्वस्त झाली आहे.कातळात खोदलेल्या पायऱ्या हरिहरगडाची आठवण करून देतात.पायऱ्यांच्या आधी आपल्याला खोदीव गुहां दिसतात स्थानिक लोक त्याला घोडशाळा म्हणतात.या ठिकाणी घोडे बांधत असावेत.किल्ल्यावर काही वाड्यांचे अवशेष आहेत मात्र मोठया प्रमाणात गवत असल्याने जास्त अवशेष नजरेत पडत नाही.किल्यावर सगळीकडे भग्न अवशेष दिसतात.लष्कराच्या काही वस्तु अस्ताव्यस्त पडल्या असलयाने त्यांना हात लावणे धोकादायक आहे.गडावर कोरलेले पाण्याचे टाके आहे पण ते मातीत बुजुन गेले आहे.गडावर पुर्वी वाडे असावेत पण आता फक्त अवशेष उरले आहेत.जागोजागी दगड पडलेले दिसतात.किल्यावर जोरदार वारा वाहताना दिसतो.किल्ला फिरून पाहिल्यावर किल्ल्याची निगा राखली नसल्याचे जाणवते.खरेतर लष्कराच्या ताब्यात हा किल्ला असलयाने त्यांनी तो विशेष सुंदर ठेवायला हवा होता.अजुनही इतिहासकालीन "बहुला किल्ला" लष्कराने मनात आणला तर व्यवस्थित ठेवु शकेल.

Horses may be tied up here. There are ruins of some forts on the fort but not much remains due to the large amount of grass. It is dangerous to touch them as they have fallen. There are water tanks carved on the fort but it is buried in the ground. There must have been forts on the east side but now only ruins remain. Stones are seen falling here and there.
