मोबाईल हातात आल्यापासून मुंलाच्या हातात जग आल्याची स्थिती आहे.सध्या सोशल मीडियावर पाहावं ते नवलच अशीच काहीशी स्थिती आहे. इंटरनेट सेवा स्वस्तात मिळू लागल्यापासून गल्लोगल्ली पुढारी निर्मितीचा जणू कारखानाच सुरू झाला आहे.
बघतोय काय रागानं.., जाळ अन् धूर संगटच.., साहेब.., राजे..याची काही कमीच नसते. असलेच संदेश सतत व्हॉट्सअॅप, फेसबूकवर फिरत असतात. त्यात एखाद्याचा वाढदिवस म्हणजे तर सोशल मीडियाकरांची जणू दिवाळीच. त्यामुळे तरुणाई या आभासी जगात आनंद शोधण्यात तासनतास गुरफटलेली असते.
⛃ हे असले सोशल शिकार शहरातील तरुणांप्रमाणे गावाकडील शेतकर्यांची पोरंही आहेत. गुड मॉर्निंग, गूड नाईट आणि इमोजींच्या आदान प्रदाना साठीच जणू व्हॉट्सॲप विद्यापीठाची स्थापना झाली असावी असेच काहीसे चित्र असते. तासनतास यातच गुरफटून वेळ, पैसा आणि आरोग्य यांचा अपव्यय सुरू असतो. थोडक्यात काय तर मोबाईल आणि सोशल मीडियाच्या आहारी जाणारी शेतकर्यांची पोरं हा खर्या अर्थानं चिंतेचा विषय बनला आहे. त्यात इंटरनेट सेवा स्वस्तात मिळू लागल्यामुळे या चिंतेत अधिकच भर पडली आहे. ग्रामीण भागात आई-वडिलांचं शिक्षण तसं तोकडंच असणारी लोकसंख्या जास्त आहे. बहुसंख्य शेतकरी अल्पशिक्षित किंवा अशिक्षितच आहेत. त्यामुळे पालक कधी गरज म्हणून तर कधी मोठी स्वप्नं बघून त्यांच्या मुलांच्या हातात लहान वयातच मल्टिमीडिया मोबाईल देतात. मात्र, त्यांचा वापर नेमका कोणत्या कारणा साठी व्हावा, हे सांगणारं वडीलधारं घरात कोणीही नसतं. अर्थात मोबाईल आणि त्याला जोडून येणारा सोशल मीडिया वापरण्यासाठी मुलांवर कोणताही अंकुश राहत नाही. एकदाया गोष्टींच्या आहारी गेलेल्या मुलं कुणी सांगितलेलं ऐकण्याच्या मनस्थितीतही नसतात. घरातील संवाद कमीया मोबाईल वेडामुळं घरातील संवाद कमी होतो. बर्याचदा शिक्षणाकडेही दुर्लक्ष होतं आणि व्हॉट्सॲपवर फिरणारे संदेशच जणू विद्यापीठीय शिक्षण वाटू लागतं. असलं शिक्षण झालेली मुलं घरातील वडीलधार्या मंडळींचं ऐकण्याच्या मनस्थितीत नसतात. त्यामुळे कौटुंबिक कलहही सुरू होतात. आभासी जगात वावरणारी ही मुलं कधीकधी एकलकोंडी होत जातात. तर कधी गुन्हेगारी प्रवृत्तींकडेही वळतात. याची अनेक उदाहरणं माध्यमांवरील बातम्यांतून दिसतात आणि वाचायला मिळतात._*
माध्यमाचा वापर कसा करायचा हे समजत नसलेने आपण करतो ते बरोबरच असा तरूणाईचा समज होऊ लागला आहे.
